This policy describes how Trackyverse Technologies Private Limited (“TrackyFy”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TrackyFy app and website.
What we collect
- Account informationName, email, profile photo, date of birth.
- Fitness dataWorkouts you log or sync from connected services such as Apple Health, Google Fit, or Strava — activity type, duration, distance, and heart rate where available.
- Social activityClubs you join, friends you connect with, chat messages, and leaderboard position.
- Device & technical dataIP address, device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs.
How we use it
To run the core service — streaks, leaderboards, club chat, friend feeds — and to personalise your experience. We also use information to keep TrackyFy safe (fraud and abuse prevention), to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product through aggregated analytics.
What we share
- With your friends and clubsYour profile, activity, and chat — as the product is designed to do. You control what you join and follow.
- Service providersInfrastructure, analytics, and email vendors, bound by contract and confidentiality.
- Legal requirementsWhen required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from in-app settings, or by emailing [email protected].
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active, then for a limited period after closure to meet legal and operational obligations.
Children
TrackyFy is not intended for users under 13.

We'll post any changes here and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
