You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Use accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate others; not to post fake activity, exploit leaderboards, or scrape data; and not to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its security controls.

You retain ownership of what you post. You grant TrackyFy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the service for the purpose of operating and improving it.

TrackyFy is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new fitness routine. You are responsible for assessing your own health and capability.

The TrackyFy name, logo, and software are owned by Trackyverse Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted other than as expressly set out in these Terms.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risk to the community or the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Patna, Bihar.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
